U.S. Communities is a nonprofit instrumentality of government established to assist government agencies in reducing the cost of purchased goods. In cooperation with an "Advisory Board" of local government purchasing officials, U.S. Communities has built a structure that pools the purchasing power of public agencies nationwide to achieve volume discounts.
